Terms of Use

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Local Fun Findr ("the site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

What Local Fun Findr is

Local Fun Findr is an informational discovery platform. We curate and display information about places — restaurants, parks, attractions, and more — to help people find things to do near them. We are not affiliated with any of the listed venues, and we don't take bookings, sell tickets, or handle transactions.

Accuracy of listings

We do our best to keep listings accurate and up to date, but we make no guarantees. Hours, locations, prices, and availability can change. Always verify important details directly with the venue before visiting. We are not liable for any inconvenience caused by outdated or incorrect listing information.

Acceptable use

You may use Local Fun Findr for personal, non-commercial discovery. You may not:

• Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the site without our written permission.
• Use the site to build a competing product or service.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these terms.

Intellectual property

The Local Fun Findr name, logo, design, and original content are our property. Place names, descriptions, and publicly available information about venues are not ours — we compile and present them for informational purposes. If you believe any content on the site infringes your rights, please contact us.

Links to third-party sites

Place listings may include links to external websites (e.g. a restaurant's homepage). We have no control over those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. A link doesn't imply our endorsement.

Disclaimer of warranties

Local Fun Findr is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or always available.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Local Fun Findr and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any listed venue.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
